When the molecular weight is 1.5 million, the impact strength increases with the increase of molecular weight, and then gradually decreases with the continuous increase of molecular weight. It is worth noting that it can maintain excellent impact strength in liquid nitrogen (-195 ℃), which is not found in other plastics. In addition, repeated impact has a higher surface hardness.

Self lubrication: UPE film has a low friction coefficient (0.05~0.11), therefore it has excellent self lubrication. When it works in a sliding or rotating manner, it is better than steel and brass with lubricating oil. UPE film can withstand many different corrosive media, such as organic media such as acid and alkali, within a certain temperature and concentration range.
